We're on the hunt for an experienced CPC Specialist to take on the unique role of 'Senior Performance Marketing Specialist' at Ringier. Based in our modern Berlin office, this role also provides the opportunity to travel across Europe and closely collaborate with our teams stationed in Europe and Africa. Tasks **In this role, your tasks will include**: - Local PPC Strategy Consulting: Collaborate with our portfolio companies across Europe and Africa to improve their local performance marketing activities. This involves studying current strategies, identifying areas of improvement, and developing actionable plans to boost performance with a focus on Google Ads, Meta Ads and remarketing platforms. - Cross-Company Collaboration: Work closely with our international teams to conduct tests, validate ideas, and scale successful strategies across different markets. As well as facilitate knowledge exchange between companies and build trusting relationships with local teams. - Executive Reporting: Report on the results of implemented tactics and drive the creation of dashboards for KPI monitoring to provide data-driven feedback and suggestions for improvement to the local teams and CMOs of our portfolio companies. **Requirements**: **Senior Performance Marketing Specialist Requirements**: - Expertise: A solid background in paid marketing, with a proven track record in driving KPIs. Expertise in all forms of Google and Meta Ads is crucial, along with knowledge of Google Ads scripts. - Experience: 5+years of experience in paid marketing. Experience in digital classifieds, marketplaces or a related field would be an added advantage. - Analytical Skills: We require someone who's data-driven, detail-oriented, with strong analytical capabilities with GA4 and dashboarding tool such as, Looker Studio or PowerBI. - Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as you'll be working with multiple teams across different regions and need to build strong relationships. - Adaptability: You need to be comfortable in an ever-evolving environment. The ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to new situations is key. - Proactiveness: A self-starter attitude is crucial. You should proactively suggest new opportunities, set up tests, and validate ideas to stay ahead of the curve. - Language: Fluency in English is a must.
