THE ROLE

TV streaming is the future of TV and Zattoo is constantly developing and improving it. For the next stage of our growth story we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who has the skills and passion to further develop our paid media strategy. In this role you manage, monitor and develop all SEA, Install and Paid Social campaigns for Zattoo’s direct-to-consumer business. We have a strong focus on the rapidly evolving Connected TV universe. You work closely with an experienced senior performance marketing manager and account managers from various ad platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Plan, implement and optimize paid campaigns (Search, Affiliate, Social) to contribute significantly to the company's new user acquisition goals and long-term success.
• Monitor the performance and continuously optimize the campaigns based on a data-driven approach.
• Experiment with landing pages and learn from multiple A/B tests.
• Ensure the budget is spent efficiently across the different ad accounts.
• Watch the competition and regularly inform yourself about new market trends. Try out new platforms and formats.
• Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure messaging across all channels are consistent and aligned.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• High affinity for online marketing and first work experience in performance marketing (esp. SEA and Social).
• You have a good overview of relevant online marketing KPIs and can put them into context and present them in an easily understandable way.
• First work experience in using online marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adjust, Exactag).
• Data-driven personality with strong analytical and structural skills.
• As a team player, you enjoy making a difference as part of a team and are convincing with your solution-oriented and motivated manner.
• Fluency in verbal and written German and English (min. Level C1).
• Bonus: Agency background.
