We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist who combines excellent writing skills with a focus on maximizing the reach and performance of their work.

You will help us bring our intuitive Coworking Management Software, Cobot, to more operators worldwide through our communication, be it on product pages, blog posts and social media. Your texts will show them how Cobot helps them worry less about management and have more time to grow their business & community. You will use data to decide which strategies work best and use these insights to constantly improve.

**What you will be doing**:

- Ensure that Cobot is part of the conversation on social media, blogs, newsletters, and industry events.
- Write engaging content for coworking operators
- Experiment with new formats to reach potential customers
- Closely work with our product team when presenting new features
- Monitor marketing success and coordinate with the team to maximize it
- Facilitate content work with working students and freelancers
- Constantly evolve our marketing strategy

This job can be done remote, but requires to occasionally work alongside our team in Berlin. Typically, you’ll have the option to work from anywhere within the DACH region or nearby if you can reach Berlin with a train ride. We provide a workspace at our coworking office in Berlin for anyone on the team who is interested.

A part of your job will include visiting customers and attending coworking industry events.

**What you need to bring**:

- Excellent writing skills
- Proficiency in written English at first language level, with high sensitivity to voice and tone.
- +5 years work experience in a marketing position
- You worked in a B2B or SaaS business before
- A performance oriented mindset

**Bonus points if you have experience with**:

- Familiarity with the coworking sector and interest in the future of work
- Prior experience in performance marketing
- Knowledge in SEO and SEM
- German, Spanish, or French at C1 or better
