Performance Marketing Specialist

**About The Role**:
- At Enfuce, we believe B2B marketing should be bold, creative, and purposeful from distinctive brand activations that spark conversation to precision-targeted digital strategies that fuel the sales pipeline.
- As performance marketing specialist, you’ll be at the center of bringing this vision to life across our paid media campaigns and channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing Enfuce’s paid digital strategy, overseeing channel investment and optimising performance across all paid media. You will work closely with the wider marketing and sales teams to ensure digital marketing contributes directly to enterprise pipeline growth.
- This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with proven B2B fintech or SaaS experience who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
**Digital Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop and execute Enfuce’s paid media strategy across search, display, paid social, retargeting and content syndication
- Plan and launch multi-touch digital campaigns aligned with enterprise buyer journeys, vertical markets, and regional priorities.
- Build out all required touchpoints supporting the campaign journey in line with brand and creative direction (landing page development / nurture build out)
**Budget & Channel Ownership / Performance Optimisation**:
- Own and optimise digital marketing budget allocation across channels to maximise pipeline impact and ROI.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns daily/weekly to improve CTR, conversion rates, and cost-per-opportunity.
- Lead A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and audience segments.
**Collaboration & Alignment**:
- Partner with the Brand, Content and Field Marketing teams to ensure messaging consistency and strong creative execution across paid digital campaigns.
- Work with Marketing Operations on funnel analytics, attribution, and ROI tracking.
**Data Driven Growth**:
- Own paid channel performance dashboard with actionable insights for the marketing and leadership teams / to inform and steer investment.
- Identify new digital channels, tools, and tactics that can accelerate enterprise opportunity creation.
**What You'll Bring**:
- 4-6+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech.
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel paid campaigns with measurable impact on enterprise pipeline.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot/Marketo, and Salesforce.
- Expertise in budget ownership, forecasting, and ROI optimisation.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders with data-driven insights.
- Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset combined with strategic thinking.
