— a premium outdoor-living brand inspired by Scandinavian design. As we continue expanding across Europe, Australia, North America, and South America, you'll play a key role in elevating our brand presence and accelerating revenue growth in a fast-moving, international environment.
What You'll Do
- Build and optimize the full marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion, tailored to your local market.
- Design effective media-mix strategies with a strong focus on Meta, Google, and email marketing.
- Develop creative-led campaign concepts to maximize performance, especially on Meta.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution across paid and organic channels to ensure consistent and impactful delivery.
- Analyse key performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, revenue growth) and translate insights into continuous optimization.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns with strong, measurable results.
- Deep understanding of funnel dynamics and how to move users effectively from awareness to purchase.
- Solid knowledge of paid social and paid search, including creative strategy, keyword research, bidding, and ad copy optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategy.
- Fluency in German (C1+) and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
