**Your profile**:
Fluent in German, English and French
Passionate about customer care (inbound)
Ability to work in a complex customer service environment
Excellent communication skills
Organizational and problem-solving skills
You are a team player and enjoy working in a cross-functional, divers and international team
IT affinity
Ability to prioritize and perform effectively in a highly dynamic work environment
Preferably experience in customer care, hospitality, tourism

**Your tasks**:
Independent written correspondence with international customers (trilingual: German, English and French)
Receiving and handling customer enquiries via phone and processing or forwarding them to the relevant departments
Continuous training regarding the very complex regulations, procedures, assignment pools and tools
Data management and data maintenance in several complex databases and CRM/CSM systems
Support in complaint management and analysis of customer sentiment/feedback
Technical support in the event of error messages due to incorrect computer settings or outdated software/browser)
