Your mission

You will be part of an experienced management team shaping Baobab’sstrategy and helping it scale:

- Work closely with our CEO and leadership team on strategic projects and beinvolved in key decision making
- Lead and execute key strategic projects end-to-end and help define the overallcompany strategy including topics such as internationalisation
- Own investor reporting and management including Board Meetings andFundraising
- Create the company’s budget & financial planning
- Lead a team of HR and Finance specialists
- Contribute to building a scalable operations infrastructure that will support a fast-growing business

**Profile**:

- Have successfully completed your studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
- Have 3-6 years of experience in at least one of the following: fast-growth startup, business operations role in tech, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- Able to communicate confidently and in a structured way with senior executives and stakeholders both verbally and via slides
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, steer teams, and navigate multi-stakeholder environments
- Willingness to work on strategic projects as well as a strong bias for action and execution on operational level
- Are characterised by a strategic and analytical way of thinking. Financial Modelling is a big plus.
- Have strong organizational talent and leadership skills
- Are reliable, accurate, and independent in your way of working
