**Bis jetzt...**:

- hast du dein Studium im Bereich Marketing, Event oder BWL erfolgreich abgeschlossen und mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung gesammelt, davon 3 Jahre in einer Führungsrolle
- besitzt du sehr gute Projektmanagementkenntnisse und idealerweise Know-How im Bereich Marketing sowie im Facility Management
- bist du verbindlich, kommunikativ und dienstleistungsorientiert und gehst stets lösungsorientiert an deine Aufgaben heran

**Ab jetzt...**:

- steuerst du das **Office Management** und sicherst gemeinsam mit der Leitung des Teams als Sparringspartner:in die Servicequalität und effiziente Organisation des Büroalltages in der DocCheck Gruppe
- führst du das **Event Management**-Team, wo du Eventstrategien und -ziele abstimmst und bei der Planung und Umsetzung interner und externer Formate unterstützt
- verantwortest du das **Infrastructure & Property Management** und kümmerst dich gemeinsam mit unserem Facility Manager um die Verwaltung unserer Räumlichkeiten und Bauprojekte, die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und die Planung und Umsetzung von New Work Konzepten
