Sustainability Reporting Specialist

Become part of our international family business as an expert for sustainability reporting in the field of strategy. In this function you will establish the central reporting on all ESG topics for the entire group.

Your role
- You record ESG-relevant key figures, combine them in the central reporting system and develop them further in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- You create the detailed sustainability report for the group and ensure future integration into financial reporting and the audit process.
- You create topic-specific reports, e.g. on the CSRD, the supply chain law, or similar, for the group as well as individual companies.
- You ensure increased efficiency when collecting sustainability data and accompany the medium-term system introduction for data management and reports.
- You will design the strategic roadmap with the team and assume project responsibility for selected specialist topics in the area of sustainability.
- You will actively support the conception and implementation of health and/or environmental management issues.

**Profile**:

- You have several years experience in a similar role
- You have a degree in business administration or similar
- You are passionate about all things sustainability and want to make an active contribution on an international scale.
- You are familiar with the forthcoming legal requirements relating to environmental, social and governance issues or are willing to deal with them.
- You have an affinity for data and systems and know how to process them efficiently in the well-known MS Office tools.
- You speak fluent German and English.
