**Your duties**
- You are responsible for the strategic field of action protection for our climate and our environment
- You will further develop the climate strategy for the Group and establish it in the business units
- You lead cross-departmental projects, for example around Carbon tracking
- You develop and coordinate strategic measures to achieve climate and environmental protection goals and implement them
- You develop climate-friendly / climate-neutral products and services for our customers
- You position the topic of climate and environmental protection, create appropriate training documents and thus provide further training of colleagues in terms of sustainability
- You develop communication measures to convey the strategic goals to all internal and external stakeholders
- You create presentations and status reports for top management and operational units

**Your profile**
- You have successfully completed your studies in the field of sustainability, climate management, economics or a comparable qualification
- You have already gained relevant experience in the field of sustainability management, ideally in the logistics industry
- You have knowledge of the various sustainability standards and norms (e.g. GHG Protocol, SBTi, CDP, GRI etc.)
- You are interested in economic policy issues (e.g. EU Green Deal, the Paris Agreement, supply chain law) and actively communicate them in your network
- You convince with your communication skills in German and English
