We are looking for a Sustainability Travel Specialist (m/f/d), based in Munich or London. Your Team Allianz Commercial continuously follows up its net zero transition plan commitments and integrates ESG principles throughout its own operations. This, next to other areas, impacts the travel strategies and activities, which is a crucial part for meeting sustainability targets, notably a 40% reduction in travel emissions. The Impact You Will Have Reporting to the Head of Sustainable Operations, you will collaborate with Allianz Services Global Mobility Services (GMS) and Group Sustainable Operation, who are overseeing strategic travel for Allianz Group. We are looking for a colleague who is passionate about sustainability as well as travel topics and has first working experience in one or both areas. Sound experience in complex project management with multiple stakeholders, coupled with effective collaboration and communication, is essential to meet traveler and sustainability needs and to implement Group requirements at Allianz Commercial. First experience in sustainability is required, esp. in the area of communication, reporting and data management, travel management experience is advantageous. Some of your specific responsibilities could include: Supports the implementation of the global travel program for Allianz Commercial, deploying digital platforms and interfaces together with the relevant departments. Collaborate with Allianz Services Global Mobility Services & Group Sustainable Operations, ensuring alignment with sustainability requirements. Coordinates & supports compliant travel policy reviews, which includes regular adjustments according to Group requirements, incl. sustainability in travel Support supplier management for travel, providing feedback and sustainability requirements. Plans, aligned and executes operational communications to stakeholders, acting as secondary support for travel and executing activities related to travel emissions and EV100 steering.
