**What you'll do**:

- You will help building the future of Emma by driving strategic business initiatives of our CEOs’ agenda from development through execution
- You will review and improve organizational processes and our management system for increased efficiency and productivity on a global scale
- You will shape our teams by challenging and advancing our org structures, creating strategies to close capability gaps, and help building new hubs
- You will work closely with our C-Level, including Dennis, our CEO and co-founder, and will be involved in key decision making
- You will oversee our cadence of strategic meetings and company-wide communication, from weekly All-hands to monthly C-Level meetings to bi-annual Strategy Days
- You will build and develop relationships with all key leaders to increase efficiency and responsiveness in existing operations, and help set new strategies

**What we are looking for**:

- 5+ years of experience in consulting and/or a fast-paced environment like a start up
- Experience in guiding and influencing multiple teams and departments
- Entrepreneurial mindset and high degree of organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proactive, self-reliant and hands-on work mentality
- Problem solving and data analytics skills
