**Job Description Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Chief of Staff to the Head of Germany who will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Germany in executing the company's vision and strategic objectives. The Chief of Staff will act as a key advisor, right-hand person, and gatekeeper, working closely with the Head of Germany to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and successful implementation of critical initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Head of Germany to develop and implement the company's strategic plan.
- Drive key initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Organize and manage all leadership meetings eg. setting agendas, taking notes and ensure follow-up on all decisions made during meetings
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Head of Germany, identifying areas for improvement.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the Head of Germany and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and edit communications, presentations, and other materials on behalf of the Head of Germany.
- Facilitate effective communication within the leadership team and across departments.
- Oversee special projects and initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams as needed.
- Ensure timely completion of projects, tracking milestones and outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, providing solutions and recommendations.
- Conduct research, prepare briefs, and provide analysis to support the Head of Germany in decision-making. Develop materials for presentations, interviews, executive sessions.
- Assist Head of Germany to engage with Service Line, Sector and regional teams across Germany as well as to assist in the planning and execution of leadership and company-wide events eg. Town hall meetings, skip level discussions, lunch & learns and recognition programs
- Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to enhance the Head of Germany’s efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

**Knowledge & Experience**:

- 5+ years’ experience in a client-focused role (e.g., Management, Finance/Audit, Human Capital consulting)
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree in management or business related field preferred, but not required
- Strong business mindset with a talent to support the successful implementation of impactful programs and initiatives
- Exceptional planning, organizational and project management capabilities
- Strong analytical skills; demonstrated ability to turn data into a story
- Ability to turn thoughts into graphic representations using Microsoft 360 suite of products
- Ability to balance strategic initiatives, thought leadership and consistency with local relevance and practical implementation
- Strong English & German (written and verbal) communication skills with ability to translate complex information in a succinct, clear manner to all levels of the organization is required.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently as well as collaboratively in teams
- Passionate about business transformation and strategy
