Your role:
This role is vital for managing operations, improving organizational effectiveness, and advancing strategic initiatives. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor and key liaison, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration across departments within Advanced Solutions and the broader ecosystem.

You will lead and manage high-priority cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the Head of Advanced Solutions' vision and priorities. Project execution will have oversight and reporting alignment with the Business Unit Head, while project management will be coordinated with the Business Transformation team, with whom this role will work frequently, assist in developing and executing strategic plans and initiatives to achieve organizational goals, supporting the Head of Advanced Solutions in their objectives, partner with various business units to foster continuous development of Advanced Solutions functions and support culture initiatives, engage with cross-functional teams, providing strategic guidance and mentorship to ensure alignment with overarching objectives and drive high performance. facilitate engagement with the Engagement Champion network within Advanced Solutions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement, organize and coordinate meetings and committees, including agenda preparation, follow-up on action items, and documentation of outcomes, partner with key stakeholders across Advanced Solutions and Life Science to ensure alignment and effective communication, prepare insightful reports, compelling presentations, and concise briefing materials to enhance communication between the Head of Advanced Solutions and internal/external stakeholders and manage critical meetings and cadences, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the Advanced Solutions leadership team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a similar role with senior management interactions and stakeholder management, preferably within the healthcare or Life Science sectors.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a strong understanding of Life Science business processes and the ability to analyze data effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Abroad network within Advanced Solutions functions and the overall Life Science ecosystem, with connections within the company being a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with stakeholders across different time zones.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address complex challenges.
• High level of discretion and professionalism, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and loyalty.

Preferred Qualification

• A background in Life Sciences or a related field.
