- Closely interact with Customers and Solution Leads, to define the detailed physical designs, installation standards and methods by which the Client´s Radio Solution will be deployed into the customer network;
- **
*** Adapting and evolving the processes, standards, methods and tools within the service family Civil Works and Site Engineering;
- **
*** Making full use of the latest products and best practices to ensure smart, fast deployment;
- **
*** Translating high level Radio system solution designs into low level design & engineering documentation suitable for use by implementation teams.
- **
*** Design of radio solution for implementation into customer’s cabinets and site solutions;
- **
*** Ensuring that hardware and software systems are fully deployed, implemented and functioning;- Validate and update the customer HLD (High Level Design) for 2G/3G/4G/5G RAN solutions, based on customer network architecture, business & spectrum strategy, considering E2E impact;- Defining acceptance test and trial requirements, for each new product or feature introduction;- Tracking the deployment progress (number of sites, software releases) and recommending upgrades as necessary;- Resolving rollout issues as per the interdependencies and severity;- Reviewing changes in customers’ requirements, future needs, in collaboration with the finance and product management teams;- Communicating with installers, contractors and technicians to avoid conflicts due to site and routing plans;- Assisting in the development and execution of strategic plans for operational activity;- Supporting Operational Readiness and Risk Assessment activities.

**Qualifications**:
- 8-10+ years of experience working with RAN technologies and data centers networking in the enterprise production network;- Proven experience in deploying RAN design documents;- Solid understanding of routing design and implementation;- Experience in mobile core operations;- Good knowledge of core network components (O-RAN, vRAN, CU/DU, NFV, virtualization);- Strong knowledge of facilities, machines, equipment management, Site and Installation Engineering;- Strong experience in telecom systems, installation and construction activities;- Environmental design, enclosure design, enclosure installation, environmental alarms, site civils, AC/DC power M&;E works to support installations;- Expert in presentations, documentation and reporting;- Excellent attention to detail;- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation), with the ability to communicate issues in an effective and coherent manner;- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize and deliver work of a high standard under tight deadlines;- Strong capability for up-skilling and reskilling, with a curious mind and desire to constantly learn and grow;- Always operates with the highest levels of honesty and integrity, acting in the best interest of the business;- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunication/ Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information System or any equivalent degree;- 8+ years of telecommunications experience;- Preferred ability to communicate written and verbally in English and German.
