**Your challenge**:
As the Senior Brand Designer at Taxfix, you will play a key role in shaping our global brand design, ensuring it aligns with our strategic objectives, and work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Brand and Product, to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Strong proficiency in systematic design and creation of templates.
- Defining and creating a visual language as an extension of the brand, including maintaining and expanding brand guidelines, establishing asset libraries and providing visual frameworks.
- Being the advocate for consistent and cohesive design throughout the company.
- Creating campaigns that have the power to move people to action (commercial creativity).
- Ability to self manage time efficiently and work against often tight deadlines.
- Fostering cross-discipline collaboration proactively as it relates to brand experience.
- Understanding marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience.
- Contributing to the brand strategies developed for projects, including ideas that demonstrate insight and innovation and solutions that engage the audience.
- Educating others on design thinking, brand experience, and design-driven storytelling.
- Collaborating with Product Design to create and maintain a frictionless brand experience for our users between Marketing and Product.
- Continually iterating on concepts in an effort to make the brand relevant and relatable to our segments/users (for marketing and product).

***Your profile**:

- 5+ years of experience with solid examples of work, be fluent in brand, marketing and design principles and best practices.
- Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, photography, and more.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates excellent execution skills, including designing visual frameworks/ systematic design.
- Strong ability to communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale.
- Eye for details and ability to produce high quality work. Engage in constructive design critiques.
- Proficient in using Figma, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus).
- Experience with financial services or fintech is a plus.
