**Team mission**:
As People Partners, we enable our leaders to build high-performing teams, grow their team members, sustain high engagement. We do this by aligning talent strategies with business needs to unlock the full potential of our teams.

**You will**:

- **Strategic HR Partnership**: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Senior Leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives and growth plans. Act as a strategic advisor to Senior Leadership, developing and implementing strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- **Team Management**: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Senior People Partners to elevate the ability of the team to drive strategic impact for the business.
- **Employee Relations**: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and Senior Leadership on employee engagement, performance management, compensation, culture and organisational development.
- **Performance Management**: Oversee the performance management process, ensuring it is fair, transparent, and aligned with organizational goals. Provide advisory support, using employment law knowledge on key people and org decisions.
- **Compliance and Policies**: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- **Change Management**: Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and growth. Facilitate and develop learning and growth activities for management and employees in conjunction with the Organizational Development team

**Who you are**:

- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role, preferably in a tech company, or fast-paced growth environment.
- Strategic leader with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven hands-on attitude, are flexible, and adaptable and know how to inspire your colleagues
- Performance-driven attitude and experience working with OKRs
- Strong communication skills and team player mindset help you to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- An entrepreneurial, data-driven, and solution-oriented way of working
- Excellent organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the capability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
