Your mission:
This role will be a critical member of the People and Culture Leadership team reporting to the EU Chief People Officer. This is an opportunity to challenge the status quo and see challenges as opportunities to make a difference. While this role will lead a small team here in the EU HO for Delivery Hero in Berlin, you will be expected to work closely with the Heads of People & Culture across our 9 markets in rolling out key initiatives around performance management, employee engagement, talent reviews, and succession planning.

Regional Head Office Responsibilities:
- Be a strategic Business Partner to senior leaders in the regional team to build their talent and people strategy- With your team own, evolve and manage the relationship with leaders and employees in the regional office to drive an outstanding employee experience- Your team is responsible for supporting the entire employee journey as it ranges from onboarding to development to exit- Coach people managers on people strategies, facilitate organizational change processes and drive associated change management across the EU region- Lead and develop your team

Local Markets’ Support:
- Work together with the Heads of People & Culture across 9 markets in CEE, the Nordics, and Turkey on co-creating key people initiatives and interventions ensuring regionally streamlined and compliant approach while designing for local differences- Work alongside the EU Total Rewards and EU Talent and Org Development teams to run projects around succession planning, leadership development, performance and compensation review and market assessment for the region, while being the voice of the leadership team during the design of said programs to align people initiatives with Organizational needs

Your heroic skills:
- High business acumen and bias to action- Solution oriented with a high sense of ownership and urgency- Experience of driving successful change management initiatives into the organization- Collaborative and open, with experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and across multiple markets- Actively use data and analytics to enable stronger decision-making processes- Act as “strategic thought partner”, combining a strategic mindset with execution skills and a results-driven approach. Capable of moving toward long-term goals and also focusing on the short term.- Strong people and team management skills- Approximately 10+ years of experience in a senior People / HR Business Partner or similar roles- Knowledge of employment law (not necessarily Germany)- Experience working in a start-up or tech company- Experience with Workday or any other HRIS
