We are looking for a Director, People Partner - Tech & Product (f/m/d) to join the People & Culture team at our incredible Hero HQ in the heart of Berlin.

**Your mission**:

- Be a strategic Business Partner to our Chief Tech Officer and our Chief Product Officer to build their talent and people strategy.
- Own, evolve and manage the relationship with their direct reports, and people in their departments to drive an outstanding employee experience
- Lead and develop the team of 5 People Partners for our Tech & Product teams
- Collaborate with the Centres of Expertise within the People & Culture team to align people initiatives with Organisational needs
- Co-create the People Partner team strategy with your peers and the Senior Director People Partners
- Coach people managers on people strategies, facilitate organisational change processes and drive associated change management

**Your heroic skills**:

- 8+ years of experience in a senior People / HR Business Partner or similar roles
- Coaching or consulting experience is ideal
- You get excited about the opportunity to make an impact and drive solutions
- High business acumen and bias to action
- Service oriented mindset
- Instead of problems, you see opportunities to improve processes
- Previous experience in managing teams - Leadership skills
- Fluency in English, other languages are considered a plus
