**Who you are**:

- **Master of your craft**: You don’t need to be the bachelor/ette. We are looking for talent and someone who has some work experience already, ideally in People & Culture (that’s what we call our Human Resources department). And yes, an internship, working student position or similar would be sufficient.
- **Attention to detial (haha)**: You correct mistakes before anyone else notices them and you like to follow set processes. Mind you, we work in an agile environment, so things will change every now and then
- **Best of both worlds**: You have a hands-on mentality, can drive tasks forward quickly and independently, are a fast learner, and are discreet by nature
- **Teamwork makes the dream work**:You like working collaboratively and effectively across international teams. #together is not just a hashtag for us - it is our mindset and we live by it every day
- **¿hablas español?**:Good news is: you don’t need to. But you need to be fluent in English & German

**What you’ll do**:

- **Money makes the world go round**: You get to assist with preparatory payroll (no worries, we will teach you the ropes). You will start with the German payroll in the beginning, but are open to you branching out into payroll for our other entities.
- **Building from the ground up**: You perform general administrative tasks like all kinds of People & Culture documents (e.g. contract amendments, reference letters xyz) on a daily basis. You also take care of our very German filing system in the Hamburg office
- **Welcome to the Homebase**: We have entered the realm of digital personnel files and need you for their administration - we work with Personio as an HRM system and are owners of the data we put into the tool. You are responsible for keeping that employee information in there up to date. No worries, you don’t need to be a techie, we’ve got our Workplace Operations team for handling the tech-side of things.
- **Engagement boost**: From public transport tickets to Headspace Pro account, the world of benefits is your playground. Part of your job is to make sure that everyone has access to our (global) benefits.
- **Learning by doing**:You are sidekick to our People Partners and get a front row view of everything they do on a daily basis. You will, obviously, learn a lot on the job
