What you will be doing:- Du bist der globale Ansprechpartner für Manager und Mitarbeiter in allen operativen Angelegenheiten des Employee Lifecycles, etwa bei Onboarding, Offboarding, Elternzeit, Visa-/Relocation-Support und Vertragsmanagement.
- Du managst alle Verträge, Zeugnisse und die gesamte Personaladministration proaktiv, um reibungslose und erfolgreiche Abläufe jederzeit zu gewährleisten.
- Du verwaltest und aktualisierst unser HRIS (Personio) und andere HR-Systeme weltweit, um Datenintegrität und Systemeffizienz sicherzustellen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren anderen Teams wie den People Partners, Legal, IT, Talent Acquisition und Finance/Payroll zusammen.
- Du analysierst Personaldaten, Trends und KPIs und lieferst daraus fundierte Einblicke.
- Du hältst Dich auf dem neuesten Stand der HR-Gesetze und -Vorschriften.
- Du erledigst allgemeine Büroverwaltungsaufgaben für unseren Hamburger Standort.
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. als Bürokaufmann/-frau, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen) und bringst relevante Erfahrung im People Operations Bereich mit.
- Du bewahrst auch in turbulenten Zeiten eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Du bist empathisch, offen und kommunikativ.
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen Arbeitsrecht und den entsprechenden Vorschriften.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch (schriftlich und mündlich).
- Vorkenntnisse im SaaS-Umfeld sind erforderlich.
- Kenntnisse in Personio sind von Vorteil.
