About us

Wir suchen eine strukturierte und proaktive Person als People Operations Coordinator (m/w/d) für unser Team in Hamburg oder Berlin. In dieser Rolle bist du verantwortlich dafür, reibungslose und effiziente Abläufe in allen administrativen Bereichen der People Operations sicherzustellen. Von der Verwaltung von Mitarbeiterdaten und Verträgen bis hin zur Optimierung interner Prozesse trägst du dazu bei, eine nahtlose Employee Journey zu ermöglichen und unsere People-Workflows effizient und korrekt umzusetzen.

Tasks

Was du bei uns machst 

  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Arbeitsverträgen, Arbeitszeugnissen und weiterer mitarbeiterbezogener Dokumentation.
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Mitarbeiterdaten sowie Verwaltung von Abwesenheiten, Urlaubsanträgen und Fehlzeiten in unserem HRIS (Personio).
  • Regelmäßige Audits von Mitarbeiterdaten und Dokumenten zur Sicherstellung von Genauigkeit und Compliance.
  • Unterstützung unserer Remote-Mitarbeitenden bei administrativen Themen, einschließlich Dokumentation und lokalen Compliance-Anforderungen.
  • Mitarbeit an der Einführung und Verbesserung neuer Tools, Systeme und Workflows.
  • Erstellung von Reports und People-Insights aus Personio zur Unterstützung datenbasierter Entscheidungen.


Requirements

Das bringst du idealerweise mit 

  • 1–2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich People Operations, HR-Administration oder einer vergleichbaren Rolle.
  • Ausgeprägte Detailgenauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und eine hands-on Arbeitsweise.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Personio und Erfahrung im Umgang mit digitalen HR-Prozessen.
  • Gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Arbeitsrechts und gängiger administrativer HR-Best Practices.
  • Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie eine lösungsorientierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1/C2) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
