As a (Senior) People Partner, you play a vital role in driving organizational success by aligning the People & Culture strategies and practices with business objectives, providing guidance and support to managers and employees, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations globally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute People & Culture strategies that support business goals and objectives.
- Partner with senior leaders to identify and address People & Culture issues and needs.
- Assess company culture, identify areas for improvement, and develop initiatives to drive desired change.
- Provide support to managers and employees on People & Culture policies and practices.
- Influence decision-making and problem-solving by analyzing data and providing insights.
- Develop and deliver employee training programs and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees globally.
- Conduct performance management processes, including performance evaluations and coaching.
- Partner with legal counsel to ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to People & Culture.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in People & Culture, with a focus on People Partner responsibilities.
- Deep understanding of People & Culture policies, practices, and programs, as well as current trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network, influence, lead, constructively challenge, coach, guide and support managers and their teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead projects.
- Strong knowledge of (global) HR laws and regulations.
