Head of Employee Experience

Now, we're looking for an Head of Employee Experience who's passionate about shaping exceptional employee journeys and building a thriving, inclusive company culture.

As our Head of Employee Experience, you'll be at the forefront of crafting a five-star experience across the entire employee lifecycle, all while bringing our values to life and leading a team of dedicated professionals.

**YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Leading and mentoring a team of Employee Experience professionals to deliver a cohesive, high-impact employee journey from onboarding to offboarding.
- Designing initiatives that build culture and belonging — from talent development programs and senior leadership initiatives to community-building experiences that support our people and long-term business goals.
- Driving internal communications that are transparent, inclusive, and aligned across all levels of the organisation.
- Bringing our physical office spaces to life as cultural hubs that promote connection, collaboration, and purpose.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams (People, IT, Finance, Governance, and more) to ensure systems, tools, and processes support the employee experience strategy.
- Managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to deliver experience-led projects with measurable impact.
- Supporting employer branding by showcasing the employee experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:

- 7+ years of experience in employee experience, culture enablement, leadership development and organisational development
- Experience in managing different teams including budget responsibility and process improvement.
- Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
- Deep knowledge of employee lifecycle best practices and designing processes that drive efficiency.
- Proficiency in tools like Workday, Peakon, 360Learning, and other employee experience or HRIS platforms.
- Data-driven mindset, confident using analytics and insights to drive decisions.
- High emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and a passion for inclusion.
- A proactive, ownership-driven attitude with a flair for creativity and experience design.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a strong plus.
