**About the role**:
You form part of our hands-on, dynamic and flexible team who manages the onboarding and support of our global client employee base. This is a process-oriented role which demands a high-level of organization and the ability to multitask.
**What this job offers**:
- Owning and managing the onboarding process** **for our client employees from the document and data collection stage through to the signing of the contract.
- Work with the various stakeholders (in-country partners and/or certified public accountants, in-house and external legal teams, various internal departments) to ensure a smooth onboarding process for our client employees.
- Working with our in-house platform and providing client/employee demos to demonstrate how the platform works.
- Work with our ticketing system and be the employees' main point of contact once the onboarding has been completed.
- Become a local Country Expert in the countries you onboard employees in to be able to advise employees on ad-hoc labor and tax questions they may have.
- Work with Sales as a local Country Expert and occasionally assist them during the Sales stage by joining their calls with potential new clients.
- Feedback, feedback, feedback Gathering feedback from clients and employees about the platform and sharing this with the product team to work on developing new features.
- Reporting directly to your dedicated Senior Account Manager.
- Using your professional judgement and escalating potential high-risk situations to your line manager in order to minimize the impact on the company.
- Actively participating in daily stand-up meetings with your line manager and weekly Ops meetings with your regional team and team lead.
**What you bring**:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a client facing/account management role.
- Knowledge is power and you are dedicated to learning about basic labor and tax law in multiple countries across the region you are working in.
- This is very much a client and employee facing role - you are a people person through and through and enjoy having daily contact with our global client and employee base.
- Are tech-savvy and enjoy learning about our in-house platform and are feedback-oriented and critically challenge the functions and limitations of the platform.
