The
**Head of Experience optimisation manager **will be a strategic and analytical thinker, with a proven track record of driving website and landing page optimisation efforts to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition. They will be an expert in CRO best practices and technologies and will have the ability to lead and manage a team of optimization managers, customer journey designers and relevant other teams. You’ll play a key role in marketing’s “Growth” function and report directly to the Director of Customer Journeys, working closely with leaders and teams across the business.
**Your new adventure**:
- Develop & protect our customer’s experience, by setting a holistic, omni-channel consumer and service delivery strategy.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRO strategy that aligns with Pipedrive’s overall goals and objectives: Develop a data-led journey optimisation strategy and optimise for high-quality conversions. Continuously test hypotheses and improve critical business metrics such as V2T, T2P, NPC, NPC ARR as well as retention and churn.
- Analyze website and landing page data to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimization techniques by collaboration with martech, demandgen (free and paid) and other relevant business partners to ensure a seamless experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest CRO trends and technologies and incorporate them into the company's optimization efforts.
- Manage and lead a team of experience optimisation managers and customer journey designers, but also influence and collaborate with other stakeholders within the squads (SEO, Paid marketing, web, product, martech, UI/UX, marketing services and more) including setting clear goals and expectations, providing guidance and coaching, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage the agency and its budget and collaborate with other marketing and business function teams for a cohesive, end-to-end customer experience
- Communicate and present CRO results and insights to key stakeholders, including the executive team, to drive buy-in and support for optimization initiatives.
- Continuously monitor and measure the success of CRO initiatives, using tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Gainsight and Optimizely, to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. Create business cases for new capabilities and tools when necessary.

- 8+ years of experience developing and delivering data-led, experience-focused customer journey programs that double down on existing well-performing areas and unlock new growth avenues.
- Lead a team of high-performing team by example, set clear goals and expectations, provide guidance and coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and other departments in order to build strong relationships and ensure that everyone is on the same page by using data-driven results of CRO as the north star.
- Identify and analyze problems, and develop practical solutions that address the root cause of issues. A team manager that is able to think strategically and make data-driven decisions to lead the team towards achieving their goals.
- Experience working with a growth-oriented business in the B2B or B2C space
- Comfortable with experience-focused and conversion-focused journey management, CRO.
- Strong SEO, analytics and UX understanding.
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, PE-backed environment
