Join our dynamic team as a
**Commercial & Business Support Specialist** and make a positive impact on our distribution partners' experience We are seeking a motivated individual who thrives on delivering excellent customer service and enjoys the challenges of order and claim management.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day commercial operations of our business. Your main focus will be on providing outstanding customer support, handling customer inquiries, managing orders from receipt to invoice clearance, and reducing overdue debts. Additionally, you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales Team by effectively managing open orders to maximize sales.
We value strong communication skills and a proactive mindset. As a Commercial Specialist, you will have the opportunity to build excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment.

**Here's how you'll make a difference**:

- Manage open customer orders: clean up back orders based on availability and product status
- Replace orders aligned with responsible Key Account Managers
- Maintain B2B assortments for customers
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Convert open orders into maximized sales
- Enter special orders accurately and timely for defined accounts, coordinating with other departments as needed
- Drive active order management on defined accounts and utilize all tools to maximize sales opportunities
- Take accountability for claim management: provide second-level support within EMEA Distribution region to optimize consumer experience
- Monitor prepayment processes and escalate to Key Account Manager when necessary to ensure timely shipments and sales
