**Infrastructure Support Engineer**

**Munich**

A&M is a dynamic growing firm and we are looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused **Infrastructure Support Engineer **to join our team in **Munich** as a Regional Infrastructure Specialist. As an Infrastructure and Operations Support team member, you will provide advanced administration, maintenance, and support of physical and virtual computing environments in Munich and the wider EMEA region. This position works closely with other Infrastructure, Network, Application specialists, and Business Partners to implement, monitor, and maintain A&M's Forensic Technology environments.

**Responsibilities**
- Drive continuous improvement, and contribute to the infrastructure design, ensuring that availability, performance, and reliability meet established SLAs
- Solve technical challenges and tasks with automation
- Contribute by writing and maintaining documentation for technical and non-technical audiences, including network, systems, and disaster recovery documentation
- Data lifecycle management and storage capacity management
- Coordinate, collaborate and frequently communicate with local 3rd party IT service providers.
- Change Management / Incident Management / Ticket Handling
- Asset Management

**Requirements**:
Fully qualified German speaking IT engineer with relevant professional experience supporting large IT environments and experience in
- Microsoft Windows Server (2016/2019)
- Microsoft AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, GPO, NTFS permissions
- Virtualization technologies (VMware and Hyper-V)
- Cisco Networking Administration (switches, firewalls, VPN)
- Storage Management (Pure, EMC PowerVault, HPE 3PAR, QNAP)
- Automation & scripting via PowerShell
- Systems monitoring and alerting
- Backup Administration (VEEAM, Zerto, Redgate)
- Endpoint Security (Antivirus, Malware)
- Experience with Azure Administration a plus
- Experience with Relativity Administration a plus

- Technically curious, analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving, investigation, and diagnostic skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with changing priorities
- Maintain the highest level of security and confidentiality.
