WaterMap, Maestro, and LiveDesign are just a few examples of the programs we've created. **Who will love this job**: - A business-minded individual who enjoys being plugged into the latest sales and pipeline information - An excellent oral and written communicator - A collaborator who is comfortable working and communicating with multiple teams across a global public company - A self-motivated thinker familiar with sales process, lead management, and sales campaign execution - Organized individual who thrives in a fast paced environment and can provide support to multiple teams **What you'll do**: - Work alongside the European Account Management team and aid in lead generation, sales campaign execution, and data analytics - Build reports and dashboards to aid the various Account Management teams and provide insight into the account management pipeline - Utilize multiple tools to identify areas for new business and nurture leads - Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard operating procedures in various systems - Collaborate with other global teams, such as Marketing and Creative, on initiatives to drive product interest **What you'll need**: - Bachelor's degree in the life sciences or other relevant experience - Robust Excel skills - At least two years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, or Project Management is a plus - As an equal opportunity employer, Schrödinger hires outstanding individuals into every position in the company.
