This is a field-based role supporting hospitals across the region in the treatment of aortic valve disease using next-generation transcatheter valve technology.With a mission rooted in improving patient outcomes and advancing structural heart solutions, the company is expanding its European footprint and looking for someone passionate about clinical excellence, hands-on procedural support, and trusted collaboration with cardiac teams. The team operates with a strong sense of purpose, agility, and cross-functional teamwork - making this an exciting opportunity to play a meaningful role in patient care and physician success.Your role as Senior Specialist, Territory Support - EuropeProvide on-site procedural support across Europe, including imaging review, valve preparation, sizing, and deliveryDeliver in-hospital training and guidance to physicians, ensuring best-practice use of device technologyPartner with Territory Sales Managers to support customer engagement and territory growthOffer proactive clinical education and technical troubleshooting to surgical and cath lab teamsIdentify clinical needs, feedback, and ideas for product development, sharing insights with internal stakeholdersUse advanced 3D imaging tools (e.g. 3mensio, Osiris) to assess potential patient casesSupport operational processes such as product ordering, replacement coordination, and account managementTravel up to 80% depending on territory needsExperience and qualifications for the Senior Specialist, Territory Support - Europe role5+ years' experience in structural heart clinical support, medical devices, or acute care hospital environmentsSolid understanding of vascular and interventional cardiology proceduresStrong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with clinical teamsAbility to work independently in fast-paced environments while maintaining collaboration across functionsProven ability to deliver clinical training and manage case support under pressureConfident using 3D imaging tools and reviewing diagnostic imaging for procedural planningBachelor's degree in a science-related discipline preferredExperience contributing to scientific publications or presenting at conferences is advantageousProficient in Microsoft Office SuitePerks and benefitsHigh-impact, field-based role with direct influence on patient outcomes and clinical adoptionWork alongside an expert team dedicated to advancing structural heart innovationJoin a company with a strong, collaborative culture and a commitment to ongoing professional developmentCompetitive compensation package with travel opportunities across EuropeOpportunity to contribute insights that shape next-gen product innovation
