**About the role**:
At voilà we will build the leading Chef-to-Customer Platform, connecting the very best chefs with food lovers - everywhere Not only do we enable food-loving customers to enjoy delicious signature menus designed and prepared by our award-winning, taste-making, and trendsetting chefs. We also leverage tech to foster an authentic, elevated culinary experience at home and reduce borders between the top chefs, their restaurants, and their communities.

To support our **marketing team** and **build a true food lover **community**, we are looking for a **Customer Relationship Manager** (M/F/d) to join us in Berlin ASAP.
- Act as an interface between **voilà **and **our customers**:

- ** 100% customer focused** and understand their needs
- Plan & Execute CRM campaign including **target segmentation**, **personalisation** and **messaging**:

- Set-up **compelling campaign **flows from sign-up to updates
- Proactive in spotting new trends, tactics and tools (CRM, E-mail marketing)
- ** Nice to have**:experience with Klaviyo

**What you need to succeed**:

- Experience in **qualitative and quantitative customer research**:

- Solid **copywriting skills** in German
- Analytical, data-driven mindset
- Previous experience with Klaviyo is a plus.
- Strong hands-on attitude and willingness to take responsibility
- Fluency in **English and German**
