**Location**:Office in Dusseldorf area

**What to expect from this position**
- The operations and back office officer supports the technical and commercial staff in Germany for two business lines: vacant property management (Brandname ‘Monoma’) and the placement / rent of mobile security camera’s (Brandname Watchtower). This is a stand alone position were you work closely with the commercial managers, the technicians and the European headquarters.

A few examples of tasks and responsibilities:

- Opening of new residences: management and reception of the work carried out, rapid installation of occupants;
- Management of service providers and suppliers: from budget, work completion to invoicing;
- Administrative tasks to ensure that operations and sales run smoothly, including monitoring and updating the entries in the system;
- Setting up new clients in the system and ‘invoice ready’;
- Carrying out monthly site inspections and sending detailed reports;
- Identification of possible malfunctions and appropriate resolution (small works with our own technicians and/or contact of an appropriate service provider);
- Carrying out entry and exit inventories with the owners;
- Security, fire safety requirements and ensuring that all buildings are up to date with current legal and contractual standards;
Liaising with the organizations necessary for the proper management of the residences.

**What do you bring?**

We are looking for a person with a strong personality and who has good communication skills who is able to switch at all levels within the organization and external parties. You are decisive and can handle resistance well. By nature, you are result-oriented, and you can convincingly communicate to your teams how the planning and processes can be executed successfully.

In addition, you think in terms of solutions and you are continuously working on a good progress of the daily processes. You also have extensive experience and affinity with SLAs and technical or facility management of buildings. You excel in budgeting, process control, negotiating and can ensure your field teams will set the brand apart from competitors.

You have the following skills and competences:

- You have a bachelor/master degree in one of the following fields: real estate, economics, law, engineering or another construction or technical related domain;
- You've had your first work experience in security, operations, real estate or property management
- You have good administrative and analytical skills
