Since 2008 ERGA.TI.KAT S.A. specializes in the provision of integrated Telecommunication and Electrical Mechanical solutions, including specialized constructions and maintenance services.

Our Telecommunication Services department offers a varying set of telecommunications services including maintenance, expansion and modernization of telecommunications infrastructure.

Overview of the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Coordinator to join our Project Management team for our Fiber Optics construction projects in Cologne, Germany. The role requires an administrative assistant responsible for managing the daily operations, ensuring office processes run smoothly, and managing employee documentation & related functions.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degree Relocation to Germany (Cologne).

Εxcellent command of the German language (Native Speaker).

Excellent command of the English language Excellent communication skills Advanced computer skills (excel, mail, internet).

1-3 years of working experience in a relevant position will be considered as an additional qualification.

Excellent planning and organizational skills Flexibility and mobility.

Key Responsibilities:
Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency Book tickets & prepare travel itineraries for business trips for employees.

Organize employees accommodation and transportation Manage customer requests / complaints.

Manage office logistics Manage employee-related functions Check incoming and outgoing mail Correspond with the accounting department.

Correspond with subcontractors and suppliers.
