- The role

The Enterprise UX practice at HelloFresh is a cross-functional team that brings physical and digital product and service experiences to life through strategic research, design, prototyping, business modelling and storytelling. We are a group that creates useful and meaningful Enterprise experiences in order to test assumptions and understand what should be built in the future for HelloFresh’s Supply Chain.

As a Staff UX Designer, you will use your skills in research to inform a vision of potential product and process direction. To achieve this vision, you’ll investigate attitudes, behaviours, processes, cultures, structures, and systems. You’ll study our internal users (Freshies) to understand and identify which pain points are worth the company’s investment to solve. You’ll work closely with project teams and stakeholders to zoom in on the individual and zoom out to understand the larger systems at play so we enrich the product direction and de-risk big bets.

You will design new product and service concepts/prototypes and conduct validation to gauge concept desirability and provide insights on next steps towards implementation. You will align your prototype work with the Enterprise Design System to ensure scalability and shareability for other UX Designer roles.

What you’ll do- Partner and inspire
- other enterprise designers to excel at their craft and nurture growth within the team.- Understand

- of our Recipe Developers and Menu Planners within HelloFresh and build relationships with stakeholders to ideate and influence on behalf of these users.- Utilise
best practices
- around enterprise tooling patterns.- Form close relationships
- with POs, engineers, researchers and UX writers / content strategists to push UX to solving the broader user problem, using influence and persuasion to challenge broader assumptions within internal products.- Coach designers
- to create experiences that show pride in craft.- Design
- flows and experiences (UX/UI) yourself that are elegant and joyful.- Partner
- with your fellow design leaders to smooth communication and amplify your output.

What you’ll bring
- 6+ years product design experience.
- Proven experience working within enterprise or B2B.
- Additional experience as a team lead or in direct people management.
- A portfolio of work showing joyous experiences that have impact.
- Skills and expertise in executing, critiquing, and mentoring in visual design, interaction design, UX writing and UI design.
- Mastery of Figma and fluency with other digital design and prototyping tools.
