**Your mission**: German Autolabs builds voice-enabled assistance solutions for mobile workers such as couriers drivers, delivery staff and parcel deliverers. Our customers include major German media companies and international logistics providers and manufacturers of commercial vehicles. **What you´ll be doing**: - Research user, competitors, and products - Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify requirements - Design the overall user experience including GUI and Voice UX - Create concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups and present to internal stakeholders - Work with developers to ensure product quality and successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles - Create and maintain internal UX documentation **Your profile**: - A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services, preferrably involving voice interaction - A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both apps and web-based dashboards - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies - Required tools and technologies: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, Lokalise - Curious, self-motivated to explore new products, technologies, and solutions with a "can-do" attitude - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Not afraid to speak up - we want to hear your opinion and want you to be part of our tech and product team - Fluent in Englisch and German (min B2) - EU work permit - Optional: Driving license (class B) **Why us?**: - A great, international, friendly, and supportive team - our team dynamics are really important to us - Flexible working time accounts and 30 days annual leave - The opportunity to grow into new roles and gain industry experience - Regular home office as the new normal, all necessary equipment provided - If you want to meet there is an office in Berlin-Kreuzberg close to Markthalle 9 - We offer all hygiene measures to work safely - The usual nice things like fruit, water, coffee, etc. **About us**: German Autolabs is a technology company with a strong focus on the world of the last mile.
