(Senior) Product Designer

We are currently looking for a **(Senior) **Product Designer - Ad Tech **to join our Global Service team.

As a **(Senior) Product Designer**, you will be ultimately responsible for the overall design of a product. You will need to find a balance between our business goals, technological constraints and the users' needs. You will drive it both with the central team with whom you will directly cooperate, as well as by advocating for stakeholders' and users' needs from the regional teams.

**Your Mission**:

- Manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Inspire, push creativity, challenge established thinking, and identify industry best practices for user experience within your team and across the organization.
- Contribute to the creation of outstanding experiences, incorporating best practices in UX and creating solid, engaging UX and UI patterns
- Bring narrative of user needs and build empathy for users across the cross-functional teams
- Adapt processes as necessary to foster a strong collaboration within your cross-functional teams
- Incorporate data analysis and feedback through testing to validate concepts and experience paradigms; Establish and leverage UX metrics to better inform your decisions.
- Support and contribute to design frameworks, UX toolkits and design systems
- Collaborate with peers in other design teams and contribute to the global design community at Delivery Hero
- Ensure that the quality of implementation meets design requirements

**Your Heroic Skills**:

- 3+ years of experience working with UX, UI, and User Research as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar UX-focused role
- Demonstrate clear excellence in at least two areas: UX, Visual Design or Research
- Consistent attention to detail, when designing and testing features.
- Able to prioritise tasks and work pragmatically towards delivering amazing quality design solutions independently
- Obsessed with understanding the needs of the users of your services
- Experience working in direct collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders for the implementation of designs
- Ability to lead discussions, promote design solutions and adapt design practices - convincing through narrative and rigor
- Experience working with tech and development in a Scrum or Kanban team
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centred design approach, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
