We are looking for a Staff UX Researcher - Vendor Management (all genders) to join the Vendor Management UX Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

As a Staff UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in taking ownership of UX research for our AdTech products. These products encompass a wide range, including marketing tools and promotional features that empower restaurants to enhance their visibility, attract more customers, and increase orders through our food delivery apps.

Your mission:
- Global Understanding: Conduct comprehensive research to grasp the diverse needs of our global restaurant partners, demonstrating strategic thinking and impact.- Research Planning and Execution: Propose and lead impactful research projects, clarifying large, undefined, open-ended problem spaces. Develop and implement research plans using methods such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, and analytics to gather valuable insights.- Mentoring Product Designers: Collaborate closely with product designers, guiding them to integrate user-centered design principles and research findings into their work.- Influencing Product Strategy: Contribute to strategic conversations, translating research insights into actionable recommendations. Influence product direction and roadmaps to enhance the overall user experience.- Innovation and Process Development: Proactively engage in developing and expanding research methods, processes, programs, and the overall research discipline.- User Empathy Advocacy: Foster a culture of user empathy within the team by actively sharing research findings, organizing workshops, and advocating for user-centered design practices.

Your heroic skills:
- Extensive Research Experience: 7+ years of proven work experience in UX research, product research, or applied research, showcasing expertise in conducting end-to-end complex research using a diverse mix of methods.- Methodological Proficiency: Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in utilizing a broad spectrum of mixed methods for comprehensive research.- Quantitative Competence: Comfortable with basic statistics, adept at incorporating quantitative methods, and utilizing longitudinal UXR measures to support confident decision-making.- Strategic Impact: Demonstrated ability to strategically impact complex research projects, large workgroups, tackle deep product problems, and manage long time horizons.- Effective Communication: Strong ability to synthesize and communicate complex insights clearly across diverse audiences and organizational levels, influencing product research strategy.- Alignment with Business Strategy: Robust understanding of connecting research outputs with overall product roadmaps and business strategy, focusing on generating impact for both users and the business.

Nice to have:
- B2B Experience: Experience in B2B environments, showcasing an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities related to business-to-business interactions.- Ad-Tech Product Understanding: Familiarity or experience with ad-tech products, showcasing an understanding of the unique challenges and considerations within the advertising technology domain.
