We're looking for an experienced Staff Product Designer** **to join our **Micro-mobility and Car-Rentals domain **in **Berlin, Germany.**

Bolt has 100 million customers in 45 countries across Europe and Africa. We offer a range of mobility services including ride-hailing, shared cars and scooters, and food and grocery delivery.

- _Please note that Berlin is tech-hubs where we are hiring locally only, and Bolt will not be able to support your relocation to Berlin. However, relocation to Tallinn (our HQ) could be supported. **Your daily adventures will include**:

- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes and define specifications for the product team
- Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and HQ teams
- Work closely with the other Designers, UX Researchers, Product Managers, Analysts and Customer Support in your area to make sure the right things get built the right way; initiate and build strong relationships with them and nurture them continuously
- Make sure Bolt's product design is consistent, simple and user-friendly
- Become the expert for the user experience in your product domain; know the current E2E experience and customer journeys inside-out with all the pain points and unmet needs
- Contribute to the growth and skill development of more junior members of the team

**We are looking for**:

- Have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Designer
- Be familiar with agile methods
- Be great at communicating your ideas and design decisions
- Be a pro with design tools of your choice (Sketch, Flinto, InVision, Framer etc.)
- Have basic analytical skills (AB testing, Analytics)
- Have the ability to take an idea from concept through to delivering something valuable to our users
- You thrive in an agile, ever-changing, and demanding environment that requires multi-tasking
- Have empathy for our end users, always be considering their needs against our business requirements
- Good English skills

**You will get extra credits for**:

- Experience of working on mobile app development
- Having a great taste in design and keeping up with digital design trends
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Team player who actively seeks opportunities to work collaboratively with colleagues in their product domain and who shares their design superpowers freely with their fellow designers and researchers
- Experience working in a big global product company and understanding of how to navigate big organisations effectively
