We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Specialist, who is proactive in taking on the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales activities.

You will work closely with our CEO and the Sales Team, while building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and supporting the closing of deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market trends.

**Tasks**
- Conduct market research and build up target database
- Proactively identify the right contact persons
- Contact sales targets through multiple touch-points
- Adopt and improve standardised sales processes
- Organise the first online meeting and hand lead over to sales
- Maintain all data and activities in our CRM system
- Use and optimise modern IT tools in the sales process

**Requirements**:

- Experience in software sales
- Understanding of modern CRM and other sales tools
- Passion for communication and contacting people
- Great desire to constantly develop your personal know-how
- Ability to work and make decisions independently
- Experience in using video conferencing tools
- Great communication skills in both English and German
