We are looking for a **Certification Specialist** to support our integration team of Shiji Enterprise Platform.

**Job Description**:

- Test and certify the 3rd party’s integration to and from Enterprise Platform.
- Cooperate with Product, Development and Operations teams.
- Work with the Customers and Vendors.
- Create QA test scripts and maintain Integration documentation & SOP.
- Ensure that all operation and deployment members are adequately trained.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of work experience with PMS and Integrations.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry.
- Familiar with reading, analyzing and handling various file formats XML, CSV, Json
- General knowledge of IT, computer system communication, different communication protocols (file transfer, SOAP etc.).
- RestAPI knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication and people skills required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products and procedures.
- Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to quickly learn the company’s various IT solutions; and able to handle system installation.
- Professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic.
- Fluent in English.
