Technical Documentation Specialist

**Your task**:
As **Technical Documentation Specialist (M/F/d)** you will drive the creation and enhancement of technical documentation while supporting sales initiatives through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Your responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various teams to create and maintain technical documentation and support sales efforts.
- Provide technical feedback on new features, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
- Lead customer-focused content strategy aligned with product objectives.
- Partner with engineering teams to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Stay updated on Hyperscaler trends and services, adapting as necessary.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and provide proactive updates.
**Your Profile**:
We're looking for a self-driven individual with a strong technical background and exceptional writing skills to spearhead customer-focused content strategy and collaborate closely with engineering teams.
Your profile:
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience writing for technical audiences and working with software development teams.
- Certification and experience with cloud platforms Azure, AWS or Google would be a benefit.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver results.
- Proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
