We are looking for you as an HR Payroll Specialist (M/F/d). In this role you will be responsible for the monthly payroll accounting within the team. For our employees, you will be one of the competent contact persons regarding all payroll-related topics and will also participate in projects, for example process optimization.

**You will be responsible for the following aspects**:
You are responsible for a defined group of employees in all matters relating to payroll tax, social insurance and collective bargaining agreements. You will do the payroll accounting, including time management, as well as reporting and certification. You will communicate with the employees of the defined area, as well as with health insurance companies, offices and authorities. Further key tasks are:

- Preparation of evaluations on request with the help of SAP HCM
- Active support in the further development of internal processes
- Assumption of special tasks and participation/taking over of projects

**To connect a greener world, you should have the following skills and experience**:
You have successfully completed commercial training and have several years of professional experience as a payroll specialist (M/F/d) with very good knowledge of payroll accounting. You have a very good knowledge of payroll tax, social security and labor law and are confident in company pension schemes. Other important qualifications are:

- Knowledge regarding employee deployment and/or global mobility desirable
- Team spirit, reliability, discretion and loyalty
- Independent, structured, accurate work style and high service orientation
- Ability to work under pressure and good time management
- Strong communication skills
- Confident handling of SAP HCM is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS-Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Very good written and spoken German, English skills are an advantage
