Head of Global Strategic Alliances

**Your mission**:
The Head of Global Strategic Alliances & Channel Development will establish a scalable framework to drive growth with our future strategic alliances and channel partners aligned to the Wandelbots business strategy. As we combine the strength of all parties, we simplify automation by providing a holistic solution which empowers people to work with robots to unleash the unknown potential of their relationship. Together with our strategic alliances and channel partners, we support economies to become future proof as we enable unprecedented customer success and business value leveraging our technologies to help companies - of any size - grow, scale and win in their respective markets.
The team belongs to the Global Sales & Customer Success organization. The Global Strategic Alliances & Channel Development team will identify and develop strategic alliances and partnerships which are optimized for exceptional revenue growth across our portfolio.
Your responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning
- Define and establish our global Strategic Alliances & Channel Development strategy. Build and drive joint strategy and business plans that include compelling value propositions, clearly defined go-to-market initiatives with key sponsors, milestone and progress tracking metrics.
- Establish and execute sales and technical governance models to maintain leadership input and alignment. Develop key partner infrastructure, including sufficient and scalable processes, forecasting, compensation, training, and operational initiatives.
- Translate global strategy into action items for regional teams to execute against.
- Share best practices within the global Wandelbots community.
- Relationship Building
- Build and maintain a trusted-advisor relationship with C-suite leaders and align their priorities, strategies, and goals with ours to build mutually beneficial business plans to achieve strategic alignment and drive growth.
- Foster mutual commitment & goodwill for collaboration between the community.
- Make realistic commitments, and carefully manage external expectations towards them with a high degree of uncertainty.
- Represent Wandelbots at relevant industry events.
- Operational Excellence
- Oversee partner enablement to ensure partners are properly trained and motivated to sell and deliver Wandelbots product and service offerings. Ensure standards for partner delivery excellence and customer satisfaction are maintained or exceeded.
- Lead the effective collaboration of “deal level” tactics between sales and partners at both new and existing customers to drive new logos & influence revenue. Create and communicate global direct & channel sales teams’ mappings and ensure that teams are working together on the front line to identify, penetrate, and close large, complex, enterprise software deals. Participate directly in the sales cycle for key ‘must win’ opportunities and facilitate co-sell opportunities.

- Internal Alignment
- Work with all relevant stakeholders within Wandelbots from Engineering to Growth, from Operations to Design, from Finance to People & Culture to ensure true alignment for the success of our business endeavours.
- Ensure that your team is becoming a trusted business partner within the Wandelbots organisation.
- Leadership and Development

- Ensure team members in other regions have a strong sense of belonging, even though they do not report directly to you.
**Your profile**:
- You have the courage to start in an uncertain environment to disrupt the robotics market.

- You have 10 plus years’ prior alliances, channel or partner leadership experience in the IT or OT world driving partner revenue and growth.
- You love to create teams and see yourself as a team coach who is goal-oriented with the aptitude and desire to build diverse high-performing teams. You know how to get the best out of individual team members, the collective and teams working in agile team combinations. You help them get things done the right way, build consensus, resolve conflict, and solve tough business problems, working in concert with others.
- You have strong capabilities in building and executing channel strategies, creating and presenting sales plans, setting milestones, measuring performance and being accountable for results to executive management.
