Are you an experienced HR leader with passion for best-in-class HR Services and a vision for HR digitalisation?

Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills are pivotal to the success of this role. You will drive the ongoing evolution of HR Services in terms of ways of working, effectiveness and efficiency, as well as in line with the SAP SuccessFactors implementation.

The scope of HR Services Germany is full administrative support in all HR-related processes “from hire to retire” (except payroll) plus global support for global mobility and cross-regional organisational changes/organisational management.

Strong leadership skills will enable you to manage the highly engaged and experienced HR Services team and to effectively guide them through ongoing business demands and the various waves of change.

Your job
- Managing, reviewing and enhancing the effective delivery of HR Services and ensuring the support of the wider business strategy and the organisational aspirations
- Taking responsibility for services operations including preparing and developing recommendations for process improvement and for identifying any areas of operational risk or compliance failure
- Developing a network of strong relationships with the MRM HR teams, the regional HR Service hub heads and the business to explore difficulties and agree strategic improvement opportunities
- Working closely with the SuccessFactors project team to ensure a successful transition of processes at launch and beyond; within the team: resolving basic SuccessFactors queries, raised by employees or managers
- Driving continuous improvement of HR Services and HR digitalisation with a focus on employee experience, process transformation and refinement of key success metrics/KPIs
- Coaching, supporting and mentoring team members to ensure individual and team success
- Being comfortable with change and using your entrepreneurial talent to drive the ongoing evolution of HR Services in terms of the SuccessFactors implementation and further HR digitalisation.

**Profile**:

- Profound experience of leading an HR Service team/HR shared service organisation
- Outstanding relationship-building skills and a people-focused approach to service delivery
- Excellent project management, planning and organisational skills
- Flexible approach to solving problems, focusing on identifying solutions
- A deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and experience with HR digitalisation solutions
- Awareness and understanding of the HR legislative and financial services regulatory landscape
- Fluent written and spoken English and German
