**Your challenge**:
As a People Operations Intern (d/f/m), you will join the Internal Operations team whose #1 goal is to make the company-wide operations run smoothly. In this role, you will be supporting the people operations team to take care of the whole employee lifecycle.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You will help the with a broad variety of administrative tasks, e.g. create contracts, coordinate the signature process, maintain digital and physical employee files.
- You will support projects owners with task execution, e.g. help with server structure organisation, time tracking or electronic sickness certificates implementation.
- You will have exposure to with the start of employees lifecycle and collaborate with different stakeholder to ensure a great onboarding experience.

**Your profile**:

- You already gained first experiences in HR, in the best case already in a fast pacing environment. Experiences with an HRIS like HiBob or Personio are a plus.
- You consider yourself hands-on and don't shy away from things that need to be done due to your high growth mindset - which we are developing even further
- You are a team player, always wear a smile and know how to handle stressful situations.
- You speak both German and English fluently.
