**Languages**: Native or near-native German + strong English

**Contract Length**: 6 months (start date, ASAP) with a possibility of extension

At CoachHub, we’re building a global platform to make coaching accessible to everyone, and our People Operations team is at the heart of it. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a People Operations intern who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves wearing many hats, and is always ready to jump in where needed.

**What You’ll Do**
- Support our People across the many countries that CoachHub operates in, with a key focus on Germany. You will have the opportunity to learn about how People Operations works in a variety of countries in EMEA, North American, and the APAC regions, learning about topics such as,
- Employment and labour law
- Payroll processing
- Benefits
- Performance management
- Compensation
- Collaborate with the People Operations team and other teams internally and externally to
- answer employee inquiries
- draft contracts and letters
- write communications
- update our help center
- manage employee documents
- Route and archive incoming letter mail
- Support the launch of strategic HR projects such as the implementation of new tools and processes.

**What We’re Looking For**
- ** Experience in Operations**:You’ve got some experience in HR or administration, ideally in a fast-growing, international environment.
- ** German Fluency**: You’re confident in reading and creating documents in both German and English, especially employment contracts and labor law-related paperwork. Spanish, Dutch, or Italian is a plus.
- ** Process-Driven & Efficient**:You love working in a fast-paced environment and are a master at multitasking while keeping everything organized.
- ** Tech-Savvy & AI-Friendly**:Whether it’s Workday, spreadsheets, or using new tools like AI to make your life easier, you’re comfortable with technology and excited to integrate it into your daily work.
- ** Excellent Communication Skills**:You’re a natural communicator in both German and English — you know how to get your point across clearly and diplomatically.
- ** Collaborative & Adaptable**: You thrive in an international, multicultural team and are comfortable balancing independent work with collaboration. You’re also comfortable with change and can quickly adapt to new priorities or systems.
- ** Attention to Detail**: You’re the type of person who notices the small stuff — and you know that those little things matter when it comes to people operations.
