We are looking for you We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Global FP&A Specialist (f/m/d) who has extensive experience with advanced financial analytics & planning. This position is based in our Frankfurt office.

Within this exciting role you will report to the Co-Heads of Business Metrics, Planning and Projects and you will work closely with different Finance teams and senior management.

**Key responsibilities**
- Prepare expert financial and strategic presentations and narratives for senior management
- Analyze past trends and performance and contribute to the steering of the business and optimization of financials
- Assist with the preparation of projections and budgets for the global organization
- Complete ‘ad-hoc’ and special projects as advised by the CFO and other members of the firm’s management group
- Liaise cross functionally throughout the global organization to keep up to date with the latest business developments understand the financial implications
- Support transformation activities and report modernization and enhancements to our BI environment
- Challenge the status quo and help to document and harmonize our processes globally

**Key Requirements/Skills/Experience**
- Academic degree in Finance, Economics, Controlling or related field of study; MBA and/or CFA preferred
- Prior experience in financial planning and analysis in the financial services industry
- Experience in supporting financial due diligence processes, discounted cash flow valuations and enterprise integration projects is a plus
- Expert-level Excel, PowerPoint and/or PowerBI skills, proficiency with SAP (ERP, BI)
- Proficiency in English is required, further languages are beneficial
- Capacity and desire to work both at a strategic and detailed analysis level
- Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, team-player spirit; validated ability to multi-task, manage priorities and cope with pressure
- Excellent communication skills
