We are looking for you We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Information Security Specialist (f/m/d) with a particular focus on cloud security. This position is based in our Frankfurt office.

In line with the ever-evolving cyber threat landscape, Allianz Global Investors is continuing to invest in our Information Security capabilities. As part of this, we are searching for an Information Security Specialist to support our capability in this results-oriented, exciting, and sophisticated environment.

Part of our distributed team and collaborating with the Head of Information Security, you will be the lead for Information Security in the EU, as well as the global lead for some topics. You will lead risk assessments, investment projects and operate as the EU incident coordinator, among other duties.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the continuous development and improvement of our global information security and cybersecurity programme, reflecting business needs with special emphasis to end-to-end process coverage including 3rd parties (e.g., outsourcing partners)
- Continuously develop and perform our risk assessment process, demonstrating threat intelligence and scenario modelling to identify our greatest risks and support various partners to secure our information assets
- Support our investment programme, continually adapting and improving to respond to the latest threats
- Coordinate the response to security incidents, focusing on communications, stakeholder management and collaborate with our technical response teams
- Act as the main contact for our security programme for day-to-day activities and reporting in the EU, engaging with senior partners throughout IT and our business
- Work closely with a distributed and worldwide team

**Key Requirements/Skills/Experience**
- Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study
- Specific industry qualifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc.) is a plus
- Professional experience in information security/cybersecurity is required, including first experience in cloud security
- Deep expertise and validated experience in cyber risk management / information security, including strategy, framework, operating model, policies, standards, risk assessments, programme management, incident management, identity and access management, training and awareness and cybersecurity operations
- Hands-on experience in developing solutions, such as guidelines and operating procedures
- Specialist in cloud security risk assessments, specifically Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Proficient in various technologies such as: Mobile, Windows, Linux and Network
- Proven track record in working with diverse global teams, as well as good communication skills
- Experience in dealing with relevant business partners (C-Suite, Board and Regulators), as well as a broad knowledge of financial services and cybersecurity-related regulations
- Select and interact closely with external partners as is required to supplement/complement AllianzGI’s internal capabilities as well as the identification and selection of supporting security technologies
- Experience balancing multiple concurrent projects and priorities
- Excellent social and interpersonal skills and ability to develop a network in a short amount of time
- Proficient in English, additional language skills are a plus
