Als unser **Senior Controller im Bereich FP&A - Team Consolidation (m/w/d)**, übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle innerhalb der globalen Finanzplanung und -analyse. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Management und verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen und trägst maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Konsolidierungsprozesse und Reporting-Strukturen bei.

**Was Du machen wirst**
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung, Implementierung und Optimierung standardisierter FP&A-Prozesse, Methoden und Best Practices
- Finanz-Business-Partner für operative Stakeholder im Kontext der Konsolidierung (Ad-hoc-Analysen, Sonderprojekte etc.)
- Mitwirkung bei Monatsabschlüssen, Rolling Forecasts, Budgetplanung und weiteren konsolidierungsbezogenen Aufgaben
- Erstellung von Reports zu Ist-, Budget
- und Forecast-Werten inkl. Abweichungsanalysen und klarer Kommunikation der Erkenntnisse
- Erfassung von Forecast-Annahmen und Erstellung von kurz
- und langfristigen Finanzprojektionen inkl. Risiko-/Chancenbewertung
- Unterstützung bei Systemweiterentwicklungen und Tests in Planungssystemen (z. B. Hyperion, SAP, Power BI)
- Monitoring und Reporting relevanter finanzieller und operativer Kennzahlen
- Durchführung weiterer Aufgaben und Ad-hoc-Analysen nach Bedarf
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Reporting-Templates und Tools zur Erfassung kritischer Finanzannahmen
- Teilnahme an User-Tests zur Einführung von Systemverbesserungen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen für das Management und den Vorstand
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen FP&A-Team zur Unterstützung der Transition in eine globale FP&A-Struktur

**Was Wir suchen**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in IFRS und idealerweise JGAAP
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit internationalen Teams und unterschiedlichen Kulturen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Fähigkeit, komplexe finanzielle Sachverhalte verständlich zu kommunizieren
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Erfahrung in der Finanzmodellierung und Report-Erstellung
- Selbstständige Durchführung von Analysen mit klaren Handlungsempfehlungen
- Erfahrung mit Planungssystemen und Reporting-Tools
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Kenntnisse in Power Query
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität bei wechselnden Prioritäten
