With us, you actively shape the future of secure online traffic The main responsibility of the SMB Manager is to excel in account management by nurturing and growing existing client relationships. This includes identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize value for both the clients and the company. In addition to maintaining strong client connections, the role also involves actively pursuing new sales opportunities through outbound efforts. The most critical aspect of this role is the ability to work across multiple business verticals, leveraging experience as an internal expert who has successfully navigated various business areas in the past. Possible locations can **be Berlin, Munich or Düsseldorf** **Role & Responsibilities**: - Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success. - Oversee the entire sales cycle with new customers, from prospecting and initial contact to closing the deal and post-sale support. - Identify potential customers within the SMB sector and actively pursue new business opportunities. - Develop and implement selling strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue. - Conduct product presentations and sales pitches tailored to the needs of both new and existing customers. - Regularly analyze the market and competitors to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies. Provide consistent reporting on sales activities, customer feedback, sales figures, and revenue forecasts. **Experiences & Qualifications**: - 1-5 years of experience in sales, ideally in new sales or account management, or in comparable areas such as business development or customer support.
